Historic Donation to the ALS Association

Earlier this week,  the ALS Association announced the largest single gift in our organization’s history -- $58 million! This gift from the late philanthropist Hugh Hoffman will significantly advance promising ALS research and access to ALS patient care. Mr. Hoffman was a Cincinnati native who passed away in March 2023 at the age of 91. When he was 11, he lost his father, Herbert, to ALS. 2022 Recap and Visions for 2023

On behalf of the Michelle Gargaro Foundation and Gargaro family, I would first like to wish everyone a very joyous and peaceful holiday season. Also, a huge thank you to everyone who helped support our work this past year of providing support and assistance to the ALS community.
